GOAL-ORIENTED PSYCHOTHERAPY, COUPLES THERAPY. CAREER COACHING, MEDIATION, FAMILY PLANNING, AND LGBTQIA+ AFFIRMATIVE THERAPY.

Now, for the first time in decades, there is a new choice, a better way to help people live and work well. The power of one. A philosophy and service delivery approach built on a simple premise: it takes a person to help a person. It’s the way GTS enables individuals, couples, families and organizations to prosper and thrive. It’s wellness in a whole new way.

How We Will Support You

Individual Psychotherapy session

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy can support you in reaching goals or overcoming problems. GTS can help you understand and resolve issues in a confidential, caring and efficient manner. We will help you feel safe and supported while challenging you to grow and move past obstacles.

couples therapy

Gottman and Imago Couples Counseling

Figuring out what’s really going on in your relationship should be simple, but it’s not. Problems don’t just suddenly appear — they grow slowly over time, the product of small resentments and miscommunications that grow into a thick web that’s very difficult to untangle on your own. That’s where talking to the right professional can really help.

Family after therapy

Family Therapy

Family therapy can be a wonderful experience where children and adults blossom. If there is unresolved conflict, hurt feelings, or tension in the household, psychotherapy like family therapy can help.

group therapy session

Group Therapy

In group therapy, approximately 6-10 individuals meet face-to-face with a trained group therapist. During the group meeting time, members decide what they want to talk about.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Located in downtown Manhattan, our Financial District office provides a safe-haven for your guided, one-on-one therapy sessions under the supervision of one of our KAP-certified therapists. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions to ensure your KAP experience is as seamless, accessible, and comfortable as possible.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a structured, evidence‑based approach that helps people reduce the emotional distress caused by traumatic or strongly upsetting memories. Trauma can disrupt the brain’s natural way of processing and integrating experiences, which may lead to persistent emotional pain, unhelpful beliefs (“I’m unsafe,” “I’m unworthy”), or symptoms associated with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.

LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy

An LGBTQIA+ affirmative practice that understands and specializes in gender identity, sexual orientation, and minority stress theory. The team at GTS provides a positive, safe space for individuals to work through their challenges.

Premarital Counseling

Marriage is a beautiful milestone in your life. Marriage is when you wholeheartedly connect two lives into one, share what life has to offer, the good and bad, and often have children. Once you are engaged, you’re radiating with positive and happy energy envisioning your life ahead. The last thing you’re thinking of is therapy.

Family Planning

One of the most exciting times in one’s life is becoming a parent. Very few people go throughout life without some thought about what it would be like to raise a child. GTS helps an individual or couple explore what it means to become a parent. We also help understand conventional, adoption and various fertility options to having a child.

Career Coaches

Career Coaching

Many people have given up seemingly secure banking, government jobs etc and have opted for software jobs, creative jobs and even freelance options. All you need then is a bit of courage; a dash of self-belief and some clarity of thought and you can join the band of people who have successfully changed careers.

Mediation breakup therapy session

Mediation

Divorce mediation and custody mediation typically consists of several joint meetings between spouses (or partners if you are not married). During those meetings, you and your spouse discuss the issues that need to be resolved in your case. Contact Gateway to Solution’s New York office today to schedule your consultation!

What GTS Clients Say About Us!

  • Mandolin has expertly helped me manage a difficult transitional period in my life and has shown immense care every step of the way. She is by far the best therapist I’ve ever worked with, as she not only creates a safe space that allows me to be open, but also helps me come up with realistic steps I can take and holds me accountable for the work I need to do to improve myself. My life has significantly improved over the past year, and I wouldn’t be where I am now without Mandolin.

  • Danielle is such a warm and conscientious provider; she has been wonderful to work with! In all our sessions, she is extraordinarily attentive, patient, and kind. I have always felt supported and safe to explore. In my opinion, one of her great strengths as a therapist is her ability to balance openness to new skills or exercises with a more structured commitment to my larger goals. I've grown so much during our time and can't recommend her enough. The practice itself is transparent and very helpful regarding insurance and copays. The office space is pristine and in a beautiful building!

  • Christina Bradley is an outstanding therapist, and I’ve never been able to give such a confident recommendation to a health care professional as I can for her. During our first session, she created an incredibly safe space to share and provided incredible guidance. I could tell she cared and was incredibly knowledgeable. It’s tough to find the right therapist, so this felt like winning the lottery. I worked with her for over 8 months, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the process. I’ve learned so much from Christina and hope others have the opportunity to experience the same.

  • Mandolin is amazing. She has helped my daughter change her perspective on things that used to challenge her. She's also helped my daughter think more positively about fraught situations and identify her emotions, so she can communicate and manage them effectively. Overall, Mandolin is a really great person.

  • My experience at Gateway to Solutions has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only has my therapy been incredibly effective and fitting to my particular needs, but the team has been patient, understanding, and kind with me–including when it comes to financial concerns. Christina Bradley is by far the best therapist I've ever worked with, and I have made so much progress under her attentive care and guidance. She has been incredibly adaptive to my unique identity, and her holistic approach to therapy has left me in a better place than I have been in years. I strongly recommend pursuing your mental health journey at GTS!”

  • Finding a therapist you like can be an overwhelming challenge; I also believe finding a therapist you can trust is that much harder. From the start, GTS has been incredibly helpful and more than accommodating, whether it’s your first phone call with Debbie or having an appointment with a clinician (everyone really has your best interests in mind). And as a result of starting to work with Jamie, I have another highlight to add to this year's reflections. There’s nothing better than feeling safe while being vulnerable in therapy, so a special thank you to Jamie and the rest of GTS for being able to provide that for so many people
