Christina Bradley, MS. Ed., DBT, CBT, REBT

Christina Bradley is a highly trained mental health professional who specializes in helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, mood and personality disorders, grief, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and emotional dysregulation.
Christina believes that therapy is a collaborative process and tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. Her approach is holistic, humanistic, and compassionate, focusing on building practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness, strengthening resilience, and fostering meaningful personal growth. She strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, gain insight, and make lasting changes.
Drawing from a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, Christina integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), trauma-informed interventions, and other therapeutic modalities to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She also provides couples therapy using the Gottman Method to help partners improve communication, strengthen their connection, and navigate relationship challenges.
Christina earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Drew University and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University. She is currently pursuing advanced certification in Mental Health Counseling through Long Island University.
In addition to her clinical experience, Christina has completed extensive postgraduate training in CBT, DBT, REBT, EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, trauma-informed care, substance use treatment, suicide assessment and intervention, LGBTQIA+-affirming care, clinical supervision, and ethical practice. She has also received specialized training in the treatment of trauma, dissociation, racial trauma, sexual health concerns, and the emotional effects of chronic stress and adverse life experiences.
Christina has advanced training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which she incorporates when clinically appropriate to support individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, trauma-related symptoms, and suicidal ideation. Committed to ongoing professional growth, she regularly participates in continuing education to stay current with emerging research, evidence-based practices, and innovations in mental health treatment.
Her goal is to help clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others while developing the skills and confidence needed to create lasting emotional wellness and meaningful change.
